How I got here

I started ADSWORM in 2020 because I was tired of watching good clinics and brands pour money into ads that looked fine and converted nobody. The agencies they hired sold reports, not results. I figured the gap wasn't strategy — most people roughly know the strategy. The gap was execution speed: how fast you can test your way to what actually works.

So we built the agency around that one idea. Test more, faster, and read the data without flinching.

What I actually believe about ads

A few takes I'll defend. Most Indian agencies are very good at making a flat month look like progress — that's the real product they sell. Cheap retainers are the most expensive thing a founder can buy, because the cost is hidden in wasted ad spend. And "AI marketing" doesn't mean a tool runs your account; it means a good media buyer can finally move at the speed the platforms reward.

That last one matters most. AI didn't make our creative better. It made it faster — 20–40 variants a month instead of a handful. On Meta and Google, faster is what drops cost per lead.

The line I repeat to every client: we don't run ads, we build empires. It sounds like a slogan. It's actually a filter — if a project is just "boost this post," we're the wrong agency. We're for brands serious about scaling.

The work I'm proud of

Numbers I'll stand behind: we scaled Perfect 5 Clinic from 1 to 11 branches across 4 cities at a sustained 4x ROAS. Derma Skin & Hair hit 8.4x peak across 3 locations — ₹14.4L of spend returned ₹89.3L in attributed treatment revenue. Nach Fashion cut customer acquisition cost by 61% and opened a second store. HOABL's Goa real estate ran at 5.8x on high-net-worth lead-gen.
