ADSWORM delivers short-form video edits in 24 to 48 hours from receiving the raw footage and brief. ADSWORM delivers a batch of AI UGC ad variants in 5 to 7 working days from an approved concept sheet, because each finished ad is six shots and each shot takes several generations before the product label, the hands and the framing all hold. ADSWORM builds and launches a Meta or Google Ads account in 7 business days from a signed agreement, which covers pixel and Conversions API checks, audience structure, the first creative batch and tracking verification. Rush edits inside 24 hours are possible for existing clients when the footage is clean. The first month of any engagement is always slower than the second, because the second month is built from what the first month's results showed.
ADSWORM delivers every short-form ad in 9:16 at 1080 by 1920 for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, and in 4:5 at 1080 by 1350 for the Instagram and Facebook feed. ADSWORM adds 1:1 and 16:9 cutdowns when a campaign runs on Google Demand Gen or YouTube in-stream. Files are MP4, H.264, with burned-in captions as a separate version so the uncaptioned master stays usable. AI UGC variants ship with a naming convention of concept, hook, shot list version and aspect ratio, so the ad account reporting stays readable months later. Source project files and the reference product frames used for image-to-video shots belong to the client and are handed over on request.
ADSWORM needs four things to start most engagements. First, partner access to the Meta Business Manager or Google Ads account, never the password, granted through the platform's own access tools. Second, one clean photo of each product on a plain surface, which becomes the reference frame that keeps AI product shots accurate. Third, the three to five customer reviews or support questions that come up most, because hooks are written from real objections rather than from a brand deck. Fourth, a named person on the client side who can approve a concept sheet within two working days. For video editing, ADSWORM needs raw footage in a shared Google Drive or Frame.io folder with a one-line note per clip on what it is for. Brand guidelines, fonts and logos help but are not blockers.
ADSWORM includes two rounds of revisions on every edited video and every AI UGC variant, collected in one written list per round rather than as scattered messages. A revision is a change to something delivered against the agreed brief, such as a caption, a cut point, a colour or a shot order. A new concept, a new script or a new product is new work and is scoped as such. Revisions on ad copy and targeting are unlimited during an active month, because the account is meant to change weekly as results come in. ADSWORM turns revision rounds around in 24 to 48 hours, and if a delivery misses the brief on ADSWORM's side the fix does not count against the two rounds.
ADSWORM writes the return-on-ad-spend target into every performance marketing contract, and if the account misses the committed return over the agreed measurement window, ADSWORM keeps working on it without charging a management fee until it gets there. The target is set on the call from the client's margin, average order value and current tracking, so it is a real number for that business rather than a slogan. The guarantee applies to accounts where ADSWORM controls creative, targeting and tracking, where the conversion event is tracked through the pixel plus Conversions API, and where the agreed minimum ad budget is being spent. It does not apply to accounts with broken tracking, to launches with no sales history, or where the client pauses spend mid-window, and ADSWORM says which of those applies before the contract is signed.
ADSWORM sends a written weekly report every Monday with spend, cost per lead or cost per purchase, return on ad spend, the best and worst performing creative, and the one change being made that week. The numbers come from the ad platform and the client's own sales data, reconciled where they disagree, and ADSWORM states which source each figure uses. Clients keep full access to their own ad accounts at all times, so every figure in the report can be checked in the platform. A monthly review call covers what the data changed in the plan for the next month. There is no dashboard product to log into and no vanity metrics such as reach or impressions presented as results.
ADSWORM fits established brands, clinics and founders who are already spending on growth and want more creative volume with accountable performance: skincare, aesthetics and beauty brands, D2C fashion and jewellery, real estate developers, and founders who want to publish daily without filming. ADSWORM is not the right fit for first-time advertisers testing whether ads work at all, for businesses that cannot grant ad account access, for prescription or medical-grade products that need clinical evidence in every ad, or for anyone who wants a fixed package price without a scoping call. ADSWORM says no on the first call when the fit is wrong, because a wrong-fit engagement costs both sides more than the fee.
